Return & Cancellation Policy

Purchasing through this website constitutes a remote sales transaction as defined in the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”).

A consumer who purchases through this website may cancel the transaction and return the product in accordance with the provisions regarding cancellation of a remote sales transaction as stated in the Consumer Protection Law (excluding products that have been engraved or customized personally).

Cancellation Policy

A consumer may cancel the transaction from the date of purchase and up to 14 business days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the transaction details document — whichever is later — provided that the consumer has not used the product, has not damaged it, the product is not defective, and it is returned in its original packaging and in brand-new condition.
*Orders of products that have been engraved or custom-made at the customer’s request cannot be returned or canceled.

Shipping Costs

In this case, the cost of shipping the product back to the company’s provided address will be borne by the consumer.

The customer must pay for the return shipping of the product to the company’s address, which will be provided upon request to return the item. Only after the product has been received by the company and confirmed to be unused and in its original condition, a full refund will be issued to the customer for the product’s purchase price.
