🚚 Shipping Policy — International Version (SMOOV)
Shipping costs are added at checkout and are calculated based on the delivery destination.
Shipping fees are charged for delivery to one location, even when multiple items are ordered.
Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 1–4 business days for processing before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time depends on country of destination. Most orders worldwide arrive within:
• 5–14 business days for major regions (fulfilled from our international distribution center)
Please note that due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Upon order confirmation via email, you will receive a second notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
“Business days” refer to Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
SMOOV is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by courier companies or logistics providers.
We are not liable for any delay or failure due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Strikes or labor disruptions
• Communication or infrastructure failures
• War, terrorism, hostile acts
• Natural disasters, force majeure events
Delivery may require presenting a valid ID and the official order confirmation number to verify receipt. We may request additional verification if needed before releasing the package.
Once the order has shipped, any cancellation, return, exchange, or refund must follow our official Returns & Refund Policy.
Actions such as refusing a package, failure to collect from pickup points, or not responding to the courier void any right to compensation or refund. Any refund made under special exceptions may have shipping, handling, and restocking fees deducted.

SMOOV is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Products are shipped from our international warehouse — shipping times depend on regional carriers.
If you do not receive an update that your package has arrived in your country within 14 business days of receiving a tracking number, please contact us and we will investigate.
